**UPDATE (FEB 9, 2024):** I’ve changed my review from 2 stars to 3 stars since the seller reached out and made a real effort to fix my issue. I think the crystal I got was just a bad one, and most of their crystals are probably fine. As I mentioned before, the two oval crystals I got from the same seller were both very nice. The headline says they are 4″ crystals. If you read the description, it says they might be a little smaller, like 3.7″ to 4″ and .9 to 1″. You can see in the photos that mine doesn’t meet those minimums. Mine was only .75 inches and 3.5 inches, and the color isn’t great. It’s not awful, but it’s not really good either. All in all, I was disappointed. I did order some oval crystals from the same seller, an amethyst and an opal one, and they seem to be okay, so maybe I just got unlucky with the crystal tower. I tried to find a way to contact the seller to see if they could do anything, but I couldn’t find a way to contact them through Wingcrystal.

I just started collecting crystals and got 5 towers from this shop. They might not be the clearest, but I’m actually drawn to their imperfections. My Amethyst might be a chevron amethyst with a white chevron at the bottom, but the best part is it has a heart shape. This is super awesome! An amethyst with a heart chose me as its owner. All 5 crystals have little chips, especially the rose quartz tip, which is extra sharp because it chipped during delivery. Despite these imperfections, they’re all lovely in their own way.
