Awesome color

Looking at the stone in white light, it looks blue because it scatters blue light, like the sky. When you look through it at a lamp, the lamp looks yellow, like the sun through the atmosphere. Rotate the stone, and the light source looks red, like a sunset. Besides being a cool physics toy, it’s hefty, feels good to handle, and looks nice.

Not as bright pink as in the photo, but that’s expected due to the lighting. Very smooth and feels good in hand as a palm piece. Would recommend as a gift, and you can never have too much rose quartz. Fast shipping too.

All the stones are beautiful and at a great price point. They should really label the opal as opalite. It’s still gorgeous, I just like knowing exactly what I’m getting.
