Whether Kristen is a real person or not, they’re delivering top-quality crystal rocks that match what’s pictured and described, and they’re honestly weighed. Some of the stones I’ve gotten here were too small to polish or not what I expected, but not this time. I’ve had to send back a bunch of messed-up products over the years, and you gotta stay alert when shopping anywhere nowadays. I don’t travel much anymore since I don’t drive, but it’s a bummer having to send rocks back to wingcrystal, although I’m sure they’d sort it out within the 30-day grace period. The Rose Quartz I got is top-notch, no tiny pieces, just perfect for polishing or adding to any rock lover’s collection. They’d make great gifts too, as paperweights or for display. The sizes in my order were pretty consistent, no rough edges that disappear in a tumbler. The color was spot-on, a lovely rose shade. The order even came with a fancy “silk” tie and a burlap drawstring bag for the stones. I usually leave 1-star reviews when things go wrong, but this supplier deserves way more.
